First - Please have parent/guardian permission when purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - PLEASE READ

• Unfortunately I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. .
  If I suspect fraudulent or suspicious purchases, I will contact you and I have the right to refuse such purchases. 
• Everyone's scent preferences are different. Complaining about not liking a scent or texture is a personal preference not a legitimate reason to demand a refund.
• If you have questions about your slime PLEASE EMAIL ME WITHIN 1-3 days of receiving your purchase and I will assess the situation and see if I can help (mhhslimes@gmail.com).

Please make sure you double check your shipping address to ensure delivery

• If your package was unable to be delivered due to incorrect address on your part, or delivery was attempted by USPS, but failed I cannot refund.
• Tracking is provided for all U.S. shipments. If the package shows "delivered" we cannot refund, or replace if lost or stolen. Call your local post office with your tracking number in this case.
• If your package was damaged please call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with your tracking number and ask to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PLEASE READ

• Please note, I am not responsible if your shipment becomes lost or stolen. I also cannot control the time it takes for your package to arrive once it crosses International borders or what Customs does to the package/slime. Thank you for understanding. Some countries are not updated in the U.S. Tracking system but yet the customer has received their package regardless. It can be a he said, she said situation, therefore please know that you take the risk of whether or not your postal service in your country does not get your package to you. Thank you for your understanding.
